料理写真「塩麹 シーフード豆乳トマトスパゲッティ」
[バター]と[オリーブオイル]で炒めた[シーフード]に[料理酒]or[白ワイン]を注ぎ、
[ダイストマト]を加え軽く煮詰め[昆布だし][塩麹]で味を調整。[豆乳]と[パルメザンチーズ]を加えゆで上がった[スパゲッティ]と合わせました。
子どもが大好きな定番スパゲッティです。
2人前ぐらい食べちゃったんじゃないかな。。。
